Just want to talk about the jungle.
I play quite a bit of jungle so just hear me out for a second, I would like to ask you guys about the jungle changes in a negative or positive light, i haven't seen very many jungle rant posts on the board, so get your pitch forks or whatever and let's dive in.
Plants: I think i can live with the plants being in the jungle, but the ziggs c4 plant is basically an escape tool for you or the enemy or to help with clearing speed, the ward plant that reveals wards and shows what is going on at dragon is fine (and the other one), my only complaint is that it reveals wards for a very long time or permanently (don't know, i never payed attention to it.)
Camps: i think that camps have to much bs involved with clearing them, raptors do a METRIC SHIT TON of damage, Krugs are about as bad and it takes forever to clear them, red and blue are about the same I think, gromp is meh, wolves are the same (nothing new) I don't like how some champs that jungle (examples of poor clear speed)
don't get played jungle very often because of how bad there clear speed is, assassin junglers and tank junglers with high clear speed dominate the meta
this is all i see every game, jungle diversity is pretty bad at this point (in my opinion)
What i miss: i miss smite buffs, raptors was my favorite smite buff because it revealed wards, gromp gave poison which helped a tiny bit with clears, krug buff was great, it really helped with clearing speed, I find my path to be start red or blue depending on which champ i play, blues side is a good start, when i do red, I immediately tail it to wolves, then gromp, blue, scuttle (this is just me for whatever it is worth) gank, back, etc. I just find myself doing weird clears and it just seems odd to me, its not a clear pathway on red, you try to do raptors or krugs right after red and your pretty beat up, therefore i just go to blue side.
Keep in mind these are my opinions, take it however you want it. That is all, just want to hear some opinions on jungling.[slayer-jinx-wink]
