5th Divisions shift up or down?

5th and 4th divisions are lumped together into the 4th division

Curious, everyone who was in 5th, are they in 1st of lower division or 3rd in current division now?

Honestly, it doesn't much matter anymore. The game has lost credibility. Tanks explode. Supports are burst mages or assassins. Mid lane is Aatrox /Irelia spam, top lane is whoever uses conq best.

Players that were in division V moved up to division IV

Gold 5 - > G4

Diamond 5 - > D4

etc
