Lag issues

I've been dealing with random lag spikes for the past 2 days. I tried rebuilding Leauge of Legends, uninstalling League of Legends, restarting computer, restarting router, and updating drivers. Even with doing all of that, I'm still having the issue. Any help would be great. Thanks

Well i would suggest you contact support as they can help you run tests as i cannot remember what ip's they use to test. it could even be your isp acting up.
