Ranked Bug when in promos

I was in my second game of my promos and I lost it. I won a game previous to the loss, so I should have 1 game left for the series. Somehow I lost the series, when I obviously had another game to play. I obviously won 3 in a row before this loss, so I know for sure this is a bug. Notice the Leagues for Op.gg, it still says I'm in my series. Thanks for your help in advance.
