New Client Item Sets

So it used to be a hassle to go to legacy client to deal with the item sets, but it was manageable, but why did they remove the old client if they're too lazy to add all of the old features?! Does anyone know a way, even if I have to go into the files and edit the list manually, how to edit my custom item sets?
