you made zed too strong, yet again, he literally requires no skill to win most match-ups, i dodge 9/10 q's and 10/10 slashes then he just switches to his shadow once he's 6 ult's hits ignite flashes onto you after u flash right after his ult ends and still gets enough dmg to push you out of lane on hitting one q an 1-2 auto attacks due to his great positioning from mimic flashing your flash, then just safely reverts back to his shadow taking only one tower shot if any. because of the huge imbalance, he buys at 6 and just repeats his low cd ult to get you to around half then ignite is up for him to do the same thing but now he has brutalizer and finishes most opponents who are not playing defensive and even ones that r he pushes out of lane making them useless even with teleport to get right back into the lane to hold pressure. because he has no mana he's full energy halfway down to his first roam or sits in lane not needing a blue buff to spam his ridiculously safe rotation.

UPDATE here is my solution to zed and leblanc which i think is fair tell me what you guys think

i feel like the only viable consistent counterplay is having a jung with follow up hard cc while me also having hard cc in mid, that's really hard to cordiante in soloque which is where i play mostly. i think zed and leblanc's kit of "hit n run before you can hit back" (guerilla tactics) needs to be changed to not allow them to phase back unless they get a kill or assist like other toons reset mechanic, then they would have to actually assassinate the target, or cordinate it with team mates to finish them off, this mechanic would allow counterplay in both solo play and skrimishes. if they went in too soon or got cc'd during thier ambush this would force them to decide to farm until team mates show up from safety, or take the risk and be vulnerable temporarily trying to solo kill, same as everybody else <3

you just put every single complaint about him in a thread that made me laugh my ass off

sadly counters are counterpicks . not actual skill

try picking irelia vs zed :)

Have you tried right clicking to move your champion? It doesn't seem like you have based on your post.

I respect a good Zed just as much as I respect a good LeBlanc, or Vel'Koz. Their damage is pretty gross but I know that I was outplayed when I lose to one because they do take a healthy amount of mechanical skill (and I feel good when I outplay people on Vel!). It's champs like Fizz or Annie or Akali where you can't help but feel cheated by the mechanics of the champion, not by the skills of the player.

pretty troll man pretty troll. zed is one of the highest skill cap champions in the game with an ultimate that can literally be itemized against by anyone. you can buy QSS, zhonyas, hell you can even run exhaust and negate a lot of his burst on top of that when he goes in on you.

nevermind that if he doesn't absolutely crush you in lane he can't split push and then is borderline useless. He's an assassin. he is meant to blow you up. if you aren't careful when he ults and dont try to get away or play it well, yeah you are going to die. as with any assassin.

get out of here man. I have a bud who is a master tier mid laner who is trying to get back to master playing exclusively Zed and even he said the challenge might be just too hard as Zed is so easily countered and bad in the current meta.

Zed doesn't need buffs or nerfs. he is fine. he is just bad in this meta and if you die to him, you are outplayed. if you didn't build an armguard or some form of defense against him then its your fault for not outplaying him because by not building armor against him you are basically committing to the fact that you will have to heavily outplay him when he ults you.

Well,Zed is not strong. It's true that he requires no skill at the laning phase, but after that he got a lot of outplay potential. He got low skill floor, medium skill cap. But he usually gets fed early because it's super easy to do decent with him. I don't think there are nerfs needed,it's just his only counterplay is 2 items, but also jungle camping

They finally nerfed Zed into balance after years of OPness only to revert most of it. He was doing fine even with the full nerf. WTF Rito?

you made zed too strong

....really man? His latest buff was at Season 4, and he has received nothing but nerfs, especially the part where he gets an activation delay after his ult. I'd say git gud kid.
