Runic Echos change.

now lets just talk about a change that went through to the item riot decided to change its build path and the reason for was to give mage junglers a sort of buff... we lost 7% movement speed but in turn we get 10% cdr.. which is ok but the build path is just terrible.. really not a good item to build into as a jungler imo especially to champions like . i feel like id be ok with this change if riot just was like hey you know what lets just make a completely new jungler enhancement for Assassins. be it ap and ad.. the changes to runic echos are like good change to mage junglers.. bad changes to ap assassin junglers. even tho theres hardly any of those like and idk if its just me but a good jungler who can manage their mana doesnt need the 300 mana on a jungle itme i mean it helps in some cases but in reality its a bad change idk hopefully a rioter comes across this and gives their imput on it.
