'Show Mobile Users' option

As much as I like some of the people on my friend list, I don't exactly want to talk to them while they're at school or sleeping or something. That '23 friends online' icon is kind of misleading when 20 of them aren't actually playing League

It'd be nice to have an option under the 'Show Offline Friends' to cut down on all the clutter
