HUD Update Question

To those at Riot, if you could answer a question that has not yet been answered about the HUD update (unless I'm not aware of it).

To reduce the risk of accidentally saying Yes/No to a Surrender Vote (or getting ourselves killed because it got in our way during a fight if someone decides to surrender), what are you planning to do with the window that pops up on the right side of the screen in game while a game is still being played?

I'm sure that maybe this question has been asked and answered already so if anyone already has the answer on another post to give me the link to it. If it hasn't, then I would like to know and I'm sure the rest of the players would like to know as well.
