/remake is now a thing!

We just had a game where our mid picked Evelynn and said they weren't trolling. Then once game loaded, they dc'd. After a couple minutes we got the message that we can /remake, so we did... and it passed!

/remake is great in that I can sit in another 10min queue/loading of the game and this clown gets no punishment for his actions because it was in normals and not ranked.
