All her main abilities are point and click, she's free right now so I doubt that they haven't played her. She removes the adc's weakness of being squishy.

I have to assume even you didn't play Lulu at all to know if she's OP or not, since you're unnecessarily hiding behind a Level 10 smurf.
its not her that people have the issue with. its the amount of synergy she has with so many of the current damage overloaded characters XD the ability to transform the teams tank into a simple mouse for 3 seconds & reducing stats all at the same time is a massive turn around in the click of a button.
if you're so smart and think that lulu is easy to take care of, please, tell us how to counter her.
