Zed is just too op doesnt use mana and he kills me .

LOL, I'm sorry dude but when I saw the title I expected to see a whole paragraph explaining why u want zed nerfed but then I saw what you wrote in the body and couldn't help but laugh.
On another note zed isn't op atm, if you want to counter him play something like akali or irelia mid those 2 are really broken atm so abuse them if you are struggling with zed that much
