Pre-Game MS

Riot,

Please add a pre game MS meter so i can tell where my ms is falling BEFORE I Que. I usually average anywhere from 32-60 ms in a match. For some reason I que'd up and averaged an unplayable 700 ms this evening. This is not the first time this has happened but it isn't as rare as I would like it to be. I realize that sometimes an internet provider or Riot servers may cause spike in ms. HOWEVER I can help prevent painful FF at 20 situations by not queing when i know my ms is bad AHEAD of time.

TLDR: Add an MS meter I can read before i enter a que, that way if i see 800 ms i'll save myself and my 4 teammates the hassle of a painful defeat.
