Same toxic player 2 games in a row

Good Evening Riot,

I just lost my promo's thanks to the same player in two back to back games.

First game our top lane fed and our team started flaming him hard (naturally), this tilted our mid laner who then started flaming everyone else and then feeding even worse than the top laner.

Naturally as the jungler i got the blame for not helping a 0-6 lane and camped bottom instead to at least have 1 lane win but it was a lost cause.

Our top lane had a very bad game (ended 1-10) but our mid laner was extremely abusive so i reported him as such only to queue back up and find the same mid laner in my second game!!!

Surely if i report someone as abusive it's kind of a given i do not want to play with them again. As soon as i got into the lobby they started flaming again, i don't think he even realised i was the same person, just that i picked the same champ so he was obviously already tilted.

Dodged and failed my promo's rather than waste more of my life being abused by the trolls in this game.
