If you see my other post you will understand why. This community is too toxic, the ranked system is highly flawed, and riot doesn't seem to care.
I've spent hundreds of dollars on this game and have referred many people to play and I know I am not the only one who feels this way.
disregardable1 votesIt's not customer service's job to reply to stuff on the boards. Also, very few people would want that kind of a system enabled. It'd be a miserable play experience. But that's alright, maybe you'll like another game more. Battle Royales seem your thing, maybe try out that zombie game?

I've been gaming over 15 years, I've seen shitty companies and good companies. Riot struggles to say the least. Blizzard stomps riot in customer service.

There are millions of posts being made every day, and most users of the boards are very low level players that do not understand the game at all and do not understand balance or Riot's system. To pay someone to sift through hundreds of ill-informed players to maybe pick out the one is a waste of time and money. I'd rather they take that employee and put him somewhere useful that will impact the game, not answer the posts of complainers.
