Sivir pushes just as fast, W bounces onto his voidlings, breaks his passive too.

That would be true if most of his damage was still on his voidlings. Also he has both his Q(Silence) and his R(Suppression) of which she has no way to spell shield both.

Sivir is theoretically the best marksmen in the game. Being able to outrun anyone else and just stop any ability while also being able to hit every minion in a wave, and that's not even counting her boomerang.

Not sure about that one :/ Sivir's range also makes it so she's in range of all of Malz's spells if she autos. She'd need to be very careful not to directly auto him unless she's sure she'll win.

The only spell she'd have to worry about is Malz Q and its delay'd and easy to spellshield. I also thing Malz would have to use E to push?

No, since Malz is all DoT, Sivir gets crippled by it and can't spell-shield his ult or Q.

I'll assume you mean taking mid Sivir vs Malz, and basically she'd have to rush item 3087 after BF and just afk push. I don't think Sivir wins, but after that she can push harder and technically "win."

You could just take Cassiopeia or something into malz though since he's so immobile it'd be a better matchup.

her ult is useless against him and doesn't push waves as fast as he does.
