A random thought on dynamic que (not an I want soloq back thread)

Well I came in around 5.28 and was too much of a noob to jump into solo queue without having any experience. but I have spent plenty of time playing normal, and enjoying blind and draft queue that I was thinking about maybe checking where I stand with the rest of the League. but here is the problem I come across when I am draft queuing, it does not give me the option of taking my primary role. Would they rather me dodge games until I get the mid lane, or would be more efficient for them during the AFK check to tell you what lane you are getting? I don't mind playing support, but I would like to practice my mid more often than playing my Soraka and Sona supports till I am blue in the face. I am feeling more and more out of practice with an actual lane by only playing support so much that I feel rusty as a mid.

I find this to be a problem with Dynamic queue more so than pre-made, but then again I am not in the ranked environment yet. but am I doomed to constantly play support only because I know how to do it well? Can't I wait longer in a queue If I am choosing to play mid this one in ten times I have brought up the queue? And just to say I always put primary mid, and secondary support. Just recently I finally pulled in a game where I was going to be mid, some one dodged the queue, and then I was placed as support in the next queue. isn't it a bigger waste of time having people dodging games, that stating what role they drew in the AFK check?

Yeah, like I thought, just me whining. Still a decent thought though
