MMR system and ranked matchmaking ,discussion&poll.

the mmr system allows a diamond player to be placed with plats and plat players to be placed with golds if their mmr is good enough. the mmr system sucks ass and I don't want people lower by a division than me in my team or higher than me by a division in the enemy team nor do I want to play against someone a division lower than me or have someone in my team a division higher than me.
