perma banned for opening top after game was 100% lost.

i was playing riven top against malptite , won every trade, about to solo kill him . enemy kindered invades our red , i immediately go there , while im on the way our jng dies 1 v 1 on equal footing and i arrive and about to kill the enemy jng if mid followed and helped zoning him , mid doesnt and enemy jng walks out, taliyah flames and blames me and lux , i go back to top and hope i figure something out, kindered invades again and kills the taliyah and i get dove by him insantly after and die, go back to lane hope it works out once again , taliyah dies twice more and ends up with 0/4 score in 10 mins just with kindered invading him while he has his top laner always coming . i figure it's a lost game and tell the team to open , i stay at base for a while and no one is opening saying that they will ff at 15 so i leave to bot and help them out when they fight until the 15 mins mark but they dont ff , i'm almost certain its lux cuz she got a double kill and got the false hope of pressing no so i told her i'll report her cuz it's 100% lost and she persists which isnt a valid report but isnt banworthy really , telling a person you'll report him cuz he didnt press yes in surrender vote ? game goes on and braum says others want to play and that i should too, i apologize to them and tell them i wont play with this person(our jng) as respectfully as possible , not even calling the taliyah stuff or telling him to end his life , worst thing i called him was delusional and boosted after he gave me an essay of flame and blame. second game i got banned for was a game i played with a gold 1 player in my team when it was a full plat 1 plat 2 game, completely unfair for me to get placed with that player so i tell him in cs not to play lee cuz the champ doesnt scale well and is bad late game so team comp would've been weaker, but ofc he had to pick him . i am enraged in a lost game so riot picks up out of context shit i wrote and make me look bad in the chat log when in context i am the victim of a horrible matchmaking. here are the chatlogs for u to judge even tho they bring no context and make me look terrible ...just so u dont say i lied in my explaination or if i missed something. Refusing to play with teammates, opening lanes, and threatening reports against players for voting "no" on a Surrender vote are all bad behaviors - the former two especially.

i am enraged in a lost game so riot picks up out of context shit i wrote and make me look bad in the chat log when in context i am the victim of a horrible matchmaking.

Firstly, context doesn't matter.

Firstly, the "why" of what you did doesn't matter - it was clearly bad behavior, and there's no good defense for breaking the rules. It doesn't matter if you're misbehaving because you feel the matchmaking screwed you, or if someone else flamed you first - the rules are the rules.

That said, even in context, your behavior is pretty bad. Harassing, belittling, and constantly badgering your Lee Sin? If that's "out of context", then jesus, I'd hate to see the "context" that would make it acceptable to constantly hold petty shit over someone's head.

Also, nowhere did you explain that "Lee Sin doesn't scale". You said this:

Which is a far cry from "the champ doesnt scale well and is bad late game so team comp would've been weaker".

There we go. You fucked up the game for FOUR OTHER PLAYERS who, as crazy as it may seem, WERE ON THE EXACT SAME TEAM AS YOU. You alone don't get to decide if a game is lost. You were permabanned because of your negative attitude after a history of negative attitude.

The games not lost until the game has concluded in a loss. Calm patient playing may have ended up with an enemy playing dc'ing or you popping off with 10 kills. But you won't know if you stop trying, and if you stop trying you ruin everyone else on the teams fun. A hard game is not an impossible game, just something to test you with. :)

Just stop. Take a moment. Read the lines of the text in chat from someone who does not know your situation. Let me pick out some phrases.

a) "stop playing support", "u dont know anything", "10 year old", "why is there a gold 1 player in a full plat game...his mmr and winrate isnt even good" b) "where the fuck are u going", "shut the fuck up" c) "please ff", "let them open"

The a's are examples of showing a lack of respect for other players. The b's are examples of profanity. The c's are examples of negative attitude or just giving up.

Ironically, you said "if u dont like people talking to u mute". Interesting how we say somethings in chat, yet don't follow them ourselves.
