Can someone tell me what kayn's "recently damaged" timer is?

Because ever since shields start denying him from actually ulting, i'd like to know what the timer is because me qing a lee sin, getting kicked and suddenly i can't ult anymore is a very short time frame and i'd like to know the exact amount since it doesn't seem to specify anywhere.

when its apply damage it gain a passive , so you may want to count it ur self

but i belive its 4 second

4s sounds right. That's the same as Diana's Q effect, which also triggers her ult (though differently).

4/5s is common for stuff like that.

well then, if it is it does NOT feel lik eit since a lee sin kick usually doesnt cc u for 4 seconds
