As someone who frequently plays Corki, it is sad to see that he is trash right now and could use some buffs - especially since it is nearly impossible to climb in Ranked with Corki.

Passive: Hextech Munitions

First package cooldown decreased from 8 to 6 minutes

Package cooldown decreased from 240 to 180 seconds

Q: Phosphorus Bomb

Damage increased from 75/120/165/210/255 to 85/130/175/220/265

New Effect Phosphorus Bomb now slows enemies by 30/40/50/60/70% for 2 seconds

Maybe because he's not actually a mid laner and needs to go back to where he belongs- BOT LANE.
