I'm looking for hard to play champs, or ones with high skill caps. There is a lot of debate on champions like Cassiopeia is she hard? Please feel free to comment hard champs for this season.

Irelia is not a high skill champ IMO. By the time I hit level 3 with her, I understood her. In contrast, it took me over 200K worth of games, well past level 5 to get start getting somewhat competent with Azir.
Azir is probably the highest skill cap champ in the game. Highly recommend him. He feels very rewarding to play when you get comfortable with him.
Ruin Lance1 votesirelia is high skill cap mostly because of ability management and game knowledge. you could say that about any champion but knowing when to use your q and getting the resets to be able to stick to enemies and such is something that can easily depict a good irelia from a bad one. perhaps not as high skill cap as, say, yasuo, but she does have a high skill cap compared to a lot of champions.
