LP Gain and Loss

So i've been losing some games trying to get to silver 4 buttt.....Now i've deranked to Bronze 1 and now im gaining 14-17 lp per win and losing 23-25 lp per lose Now im not sure how in gods fucking name im supposed to try and get out of bronze again now that if I win 2 games but lose 1 I have to play 3 games to try to get back to where I am. Its a really stupid system on how sure Im losing but that shouldn't mean they should hinder me climbing

Its fucking bullshit honestly you get fucking nothing for winning and you get punished for fucking losing so fucking hard

Its the MMR system, if you lose a few in a row and your mmr drops pretty hard the system looks at the MMR and says "You are below average MMR for your ranking" and punishes you for it.

It can be really frustrating.
