Been maining Jhin for a while and ever since his last nerf i've been wondering which build is the best over all?
Original build:
Ghostblade
Boots of Swifts
Duskblade
RapidFire
Lord Dominik's
(Last item is depending)
Crit build: Essence Reaver Infinity Edge RapidFire (Last items are depending)
well might aswell prep for season 7 where flat armor pen doesnt exist anymore
the crit build is definitly better in my opinion.... i dont understand why people go armor pen on him you get so much free AD from the crit chance and your crits still do more damage despite the 25% penalty.
And you also dont get the movement speed passive if you go armor pen.
right now flat armor pen, youmu into PD, into lord dominik regard, into duskblade/maw into rapidfirecanon next patch, well i have to wait to see.
also, right now don't ever build infinity edge.

The crit build scales better, the pen build is good early to mid. It's up to you in terms of preference. I've always played the crit build and always will, I like how it plays way more.

crit is based off ad damage, if you have armor pen with attack damage the your physical damage is more effective and crit just amplifies your physical damage
