Rammus changes
So people are complaining that Rammus, saying hes easily kited by champs like
and that his passive is useless (it gives him Ad for a percent of his armor even though hes an AP champion) so here is somethings I thought might make him more unique.
Passive- every few seconds Rammus's next basic attack will deal bonus damage base on a % of his armor. if this kills a unit then it will heal him for 8% of his missing health (increased healing based on level)
Q- knock back will increase based on how fast Rammus is moving (still scales with ap)
W- (passively gives Rammus increased bonus armor and magic resist by a percent) activating powerball during defensive curl will give make Rammus stay in one place and charge. At the end of the channel or whenever you decide to let go of Q Rammus will have significantly increased speed during the powerball ( like a sonic spin dash)
E- if you're in your powerball state and you cast this you may jump a distance base on how fast you're going (pretty useful when escaping)
