Rammus changes

So people are complaining that Rammus, saying hes easily kited by champs like Kalista and that his passive is useless (it gives him Ad for a percent of his armor even though hes an AP champion) so here is somethings I thought might make him more unique.

Passive- every few seconds Rammus's next basic attack will deal bonus damage base on a % of his armor. if this kills a unit then it will heal him for 8% of his missing health (increased healing based on level)

Q- knock back will increase based on how fast Rammus is moving (still scales with ap)

W- (passively gives Rammus increased bonus armor and magic resist by a percent) activating powerball during defensive curl will give make Rammus stay in one place and charge. At the end of the channel or whenever you decide to let go of Q Rammus will have significantly increased speed during the powerball ( like a sonic spin dash)

E- if you're in your powerball state and you cast this you may jump a distance base on how fast you're going (pretty useful when escaping)

R- unchanged

no, rammus is one of the few oldies but goodies.

he reaches a carry, and he can really dent a carry by himself, the reason hes no long able to kill carries is because they nerfed his 3 sec taunt (would punish heavily the 0 defensive enemy carries) and he would kill them alone.

after that it didn't really matter what else you did because you at least took out the enemy carry. a knockback is counter productive as rammus needs to be in close and personal to be auto attacking with 230+ AD even tho hes only got 3 armor items.

in addition a "jump" is useless if it only augments another ability, thats handicaping him down to only 3 abilities, of which you're removing his taunt! his signature, and necessary ability to stick to someone.

i dont have problems with kalista, because i save my flash for her while i powerball, and it guarantees the knockup + taunt, and since shes full attack speed or rushes attack speed im going to crush her with thornmail + DBC reflect damage.

meh i rather enjoy my late game 200+ AA damage not only can i tank a full hp turret but i can usually knock it down before my shield drops.

your Q change would be a major nerf imo, you use PB to engage, pushing your target out of AA range is completely counter productive and would make it harder for allies to combo off of its knock up.

you want to shift W in to an always active passive and a crappy modifier to his worst ability? combine that with your crappy W change this just makes what is wrong with that even worse. having the armour/mag passive means the numbers would be massively reduced to be remotely balanced and removes any ability for ADC to counterplay and wait for the shield to drop (the only thing that slows a pushing rammus down is its cooldown time)

E - are you suggesting it loses the taunt? or just adds a jump? sort of invalidates the need for the Q and would make ADCs pissed off if the taunt had a longer range
