Clarity: Levels 2 and 4 DragonSlayer Stacks announcements (?)

So I've noticed that with the 4.21 change for the dragon stacks 2 and 4 have been switched around the announcements for it haven't, for level 4 it says tower destruction when it's meant to be the increased damage to minions and monsters buff, same situation with the second buff announcement you get from gaining that stack. Riot if you could please fix that so it doesn't seem confusing to some people that would be great
