You know what's the most frustrating thing about Riven's kit?

Her shield is up for a very large portion of her time being alive. Just when y ou think you clinch a kill on her with something like ignite, she valor dashes away from you with a 500 health shield, and denying you a kill. either her shield needs to go, or she needs to have a vastly longer CD on her E.
