Can we get stattistics on how often first time champs win/lose in ranked?

Lost a few more games last night from people playing a champ for the first time ranked. I've been on the other end and won cause some dude on the other team had no clue what he was doing. Maybe if we got some actual stats on how big of an impact playing a champ for the first time in ranked actually has people would do it less often.

If not, then let us start reporting first timers in ranked for trolling/griefing. Add a whole new reporting option like you did for "unskilled player" and then you can see with hard numbers how much people despise it.
