[prophecy] There should be some kind of on-hit item that builds into Devourer, Wit's End,etc

I feel that the build paths for these items (namely Nashor's Tooth and the items mentioned in the title, especially wit's end) are fairly to extremely unpleasant when building up to the full items, and perhaps the introduction of a 900-1050-gold advanced item such as this one would help the already few champions that build Wit's End and Devourer keep up with their more physical-damage oriented counterparts and avoid building a silly amount of attack speed first just because they want the wit's end passive..
