Can you gear LoL to less competitive play and more casual?

Idk i just feel like the competitiveness in the community at such casual levels like norms blind pick often causes unnecessary toxicity and flaming. I have about the skill level of gold 5 i would appreciate it if everyone stopped acting like its world series.

Gameplay wise League is way more casual than previous seasons.

that isnt the game its self that is what people turn the game into.

they all think it has to proof their worth and their egos are their elos

How can u say your skill level is gold 5, when everyone you play against is bronze, unranked, or lower than level 30.
