Please Allow Stealth Champ's Laughs to be heard when they're stealthed.

It would be an incentive for player who play Evelynn and Shaco to laugh when catching on their prey or escaping.

As a Teemo main, i agree. Spamming laugh when they walk into a bush im in would be much more satisfying
Fun idea, but it doesn't add to the gameplay. Adds an unfair psychological element, and although league is often a mind game, it doesn't directly have mechanics that necessarily promote mind games. The closest thing is rengar' ult or Sion/Kled's ult and the warnings they provide but those are done for balance reasons since no one enjoyed Knife Cat leaping out of the fucking nothing to munch on what was left of your health bar in .5 seconds or your money back, or an insane furbee riding a lizard thing fly out of nowhere with the entire team on rocket ships behind them. While still a mind game, there's a balance reason. There's no balance reason for laughing in stealth, all it would do is promote troll gameplay. No one wants to play find the Teemo.
