2) My Idea For Buff/Nerf/Changes

Rammus- Armour Growth 4.3 to 5 Base Armor 36 to 39 Base Health 564 to 584 W Armour 50/60/70/80/90% To W Armour 60/70/80/90/100% E Taunt 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 To 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 This change probably won't help Rammus much but its a decent change when it comes to making him sustain better from this ad aggressive/assassin jungle meta which Rammus is supposed to be good in this meta.

Zilean- Q Time Bomb mana 60/65/70/75/80 to 50/55/60/65/70 Q Time Bomb I'm not sure how much range should be increased but I think giving him more range can help with him be a better support champ since his q can be pretty hard to land I think a bit of range increase is pretty fair. Q Ap ratio 90% To 110% I think Zilean weakness as an ap support atm is his only damage q cost too much mana early and it pretty easy to dodge his q even when you land the q sometime it doesn't feel like it does much damage.

I think the rune Comet needs to be replaced with some different because it feels like Comet is basically Aerys but Aerys just the better version of it.

Skarner- R Impale suppress 1.75 to 1 Q Bonus Attack damage 80% to 90% E Fracture 40/65/90/115/140 to 55/75/95/115/150 E Fracture next basic attack 30/50/70/90/110 to 40/60/80/100/120

A lot of people might think this change is a bit weird but I think what makes Skarner good in pro play is his R power to pick off people but in solo queue, Skarner is kinda bad so this change should buff him in solo queue but not much of a buff in pro.

Diana- Q moonlight 60/95/130/165/200 to 80/100/130/170/210 Q Ap ratio 70% to 80% W temporary shield 40/55/70/85/100 to 40/60/80/100/120 W Third sphered detonated shield 40/55/70/85/100 to 40/60/80/100/120 R Ap ratio 60% to 50%

This Diana change is meant to make Diana early game better because if you compare Diana to other mid assassins she just doesn't seem like she has the damage early damage compare to them.

If you guys think these ideas are bad please let me know.

I think your idea for zilean, rammus and a new rune is alright but the diana and skarner just seem unnecessary

your zilean ideas are ridic. If anything the mana on his q needs to be increased. The range is already large enough and the damage is very high, especially considering he can use it twice consecutively and it can also aoe stun. If youre having trouble landing his q i recommend you consider stacking it on minions as it is an easy way to damage/stun enemies and also zone them away from the wave without having to get it close enough to be directly on them.
