Swain weak need big buffs

I like the new Swain rework,but he is just too weak,your Q take 65 mana which ran pretty much fast if you gonna spam it,it do low damage,he have high cooldowns on his W and E,his E which ur main cc take so much time 2 go back,they need 2 buff his E 2 either recast it faster or make it the same speed as Ahri Q its really slow,the W really weak i see the point of as scouting but it have no damage,high cooldown and the only why 2 grant more than soul fragment,if his W roots it be 10 times better,third the ultimate need some Buff,i liked how that you can recast it 2 explode like Shadow Fiend from dota base on souls,the problem is nobody recast it fast,the second u recast it u die,it be better if you make it either drain/do damage more with your ult base on soul fragments or gain more HP when you ult base on the soul either that he is weak and nearly unplayable,

Passive 20-105 30% scaling that chain cc's and restores 4-7& of max health.

Q if even only 4 of the five hit a single target it has a base damage if 65-290 with a 80% scaling.

W has a huge range gives vision slows if it hits and restores a % of health because of passive, With a base of 100-300 and 70% scaling.

E has a base cast out of 175 with a 25% scaling and return hit is 75 and 25% with a root. While weak damage has the amazing ability of going THROUGH a enemy team and rooting a back line person.

R. Restores 150-400 health then drains 35-65 plus 14.167% of ability power up to 780 (+170% of ability power) damage per enemy. Repeat PER ENEMY.

AND THEN 45 / 60 / 75 (+27% of ability power) magic damage per fragment to all nearby enemies, up to a maximum of 225 / 300 / 375 (+135% of ability power) at 5 fragments.

Total AP scaling is HUGE at 335% plus a 170% in healing.

Lets compare this to say Malzahar Velkoz Katarina

Malz has 240% plus 2.5% max health per 100 ap.
Vel'Koz has 580% scaling if you FULLY land his ult with all 36 hits(every .25 secs for 7 secs) Kat has 440 total scaling.

This shows that he falls right in the middle of mages for damage and is top tier scaling if you are calculating in the healing factor.

While I do not know if he is indeed going to be weak i do know that he has not been out long enough to get a good idea if he is strong or not. His numbers are on the high side a bit however with his limited range AND low mobility they really kinda need to be.

At this point it is to early to tell if he will be weak or strong. Give it another week or two of actual data and then we can make a actual deduction.

Swain has a win rate 45.76% which is to be expected the first weak after this large of a rework(unless completely broken).

i think the only thing he needs is improve his sustain through his ult ... like an ADC can just auto through it without the need of grievous wounds .. he lacks the burst however he makes up for it with a spammable Q which hurts however his ult isnt giving him the tool to survive which is his problem

He really, really benefits from the item changes in the next patch.
