Swain Weak,need big buffs

I like the new Swain rework,but he is just too weak,your Q take 65 mana which ran pretty much fast if u gonna spam it,it do low damage,he have high cooldowns on his W and E,his E which ur main cc take so much time 2 go back,they need 2 buff his E 2 either recast it faster or make it the same speed as Ahri Q its really slow,the W garbage i see the point of as scouting but it have no damage,high cooldown and the only why 2 grant more than soul fragment is W which sucks if they make his W roots it be 10 times better,third the ultimate blows,i liked how they made he can recast it 2 explode like Shadow Fiend from dota base on souls,the problem is nobody recast it fast,the second u recast it u die,they have 2 make u either drain/do damage more with ur ult base on soul fragments or gain more HP when u ult base on the soul either that he is weak and nearly unplayable,
