I havent seen him in a lot of games. Is he dead?

he is still good but they nerfed his Dmg or movement with the chaos storm and they nerfed rylais which is an viktor core item in hte most games
yeah as long as u dont rush lichbane.
He's really good but you have to be amazing at Viktor to pull him off.
He is okay right now. His problem is that he has some matchups that are terrible for him, so he isn't really blind pickable, and he must back with 1250 unlike other midlaners which can be abused pretty hard. Once you get to lategame, he is a mosnter of a control mage that bleeds into assassin territory with his Q on squishies..
