like, 20% shield pen, would make ur shit do 80% to the shield and 20% to their health bar. yay or nay?

I mean shield/heal power is a stat. Why cant greivous wounds work on shields too?

It would be an interesting "evil support" concept - a champion with built in greivous wounds who makes enemies less effective.

Im thinking... Passive: WIcked ward; This champion gains 10% of their maximum mana as a shield which recharges over 60 seconds while out of combat Q: Hex; Champion lobs a cask of evil gas at an area which explodes on contact dealing magic damage and cursing enemies hit for 5 seconds. Curses are refreshed when other cursed enemies are killed nearby. W: Curse of enfeeblement; Champion creates a curse zone for 0.5 seconds that slows effected enemies by 20% and decreases their AD/AP by 10/15/20/25/30% for 5 seconds. Enemies cursed by hex can be targeted by this ability. E: Assassins mark: Champion marks a location for 0.5 seconds that curses enemies within and causes damage dealt to affected enemies to crit at 10/15/20/25/30%+0.1AP for 5 seconds. Enemies cursed by hex can be targeted by this ability. R: Bad Wuju; Champion places down a ward which rapidly fires magic projectiles that curse the weakest enemy champion with Assassins mark, Curse of enfeeblement, and vulnerability.
