You're new in league, aren't you? that's an item which was removed in season 6 called Brutalizer

The second item and second last items you wouldn't recognize/don't exist anymore either for what it's worth. The first of those two is item 3143 which has a new icon and is slightly different statwise now, and the second -crystalline flask- isn't a thing at all now, although item 2031 is similar.

Brutaliser was essentially a mix of item 3134 and item 3133 .
