I miss old Sion Sure, new Sion is pretty popular and strong, but Sion before his rework was one of the most fun champions to play. Either full AP or full AD, this guy was one my favorite champions when I was new to the game, and to be honest, I miss playing him. I'm a fan of smaller reworks on champions, such as the changes to Tristana not too long ago, but changes such as Sion's to create a completely new champion just doesn't seem right. This has been on my mind for a while, so I figured I'd post a thread on it at some point.

Sure Old Sion was fun to play... but not to play against. Nobody likes insta-stuns and he had high damage to boot. It just wasn't fun to play against.

I do too insofar. But Sion's rework has made him a much better champ and it's not that much different than his original iteration. Out of curiosity, why do you like the Tristana rework? They basically destroyed a viable champ so she's not strong ever.

It's not that I'm a fan of the fact they changed her E and some other smaller mechanics, but that Riot didn't change the champion to the point it was something else entirely. I think she's still a viable champ, but the rework has made her popularity fall off a bit, similar to Zilean's changes.

No, she's not viable. She can't trade with anyone and it's very difficult to cs properly(or kite) with her reduced attack speed. There's no point in the game where she's mediocre. She's weak through the entire game. There's no reason to pick Tristana over any other ADC.

Zillean is a different case entirely.

I have hated every single rework Riot has done in League.

Every. single. one.

I've been playing since beta.

Frankly IDGAF if it is "unfun" to play against X champion, who does Y thing that makes you cry tears of shame. T_T It's called, you are playing a competitive, player vs player video game online. Learn what counters Z champion, and stop your QQing. Sion eating you with a stun? Banshee's Veil. He has crazy lifesteal? There is this thing called armor. But no, Riot wants to dumb the game down so little kids and teens w/ too much money can keep supporting it.
