How good is Fiora in top lane??????

She's pretty good, but you have to be decent with her to win.

A champ that takes practice to be good at. So good. But in the hands of someone who has not used her before, not so much.

imo she's one of the best toplaners in the game if you take time to master her

Scales late game. Pokes with q and punishes their aggression in trades.

practice with her first. to poke, learn to weave her skills when you start trading (Q for the vital spot, auto, E reset for the slow, then either retreat and keep farming or stay for the second E crit proc for further harassment)

also learn how to save your W (riposte) if the enemy laner has a hard CC and when to use it (like maybe baiting a malph ult and riposting it to avoid all damage and potentially stunning them in return) or the jayce E to avoid the knockback and damage, or a singed flip. It's tricky, and in the right hands it's ever so goddamn annoying that you will facedesk when it's done to you, but when you do it and you do it right, you can hear yourself screaming in your own mind "OUTPLAYED!!!"

oh and her ult..... you laugh when all the hp items they've build get turned into nothing.

If nothing else, as you're just starting out fiora i'd recommend building a defensive item second or third to counter your enemy laner's damage type after building your hydra or potentially black cleaver first. Once you start getting better and more used to her you can easily push a defensive item back to later or less priority and building more damage earlier.

Fiora is downright broken. She takes a bit of skill though. But she is up there with Graves and Jayce in terms of pure 1v5 brokenness. I'm really surprised Riot hasn't nerfed her yet to be honest. She is riduclous. She is one of the very few champs that can go 0-5 in lane and still rape you hard.
