Basically riven OP af in competent hands and sorta just below average in inexperienced hands. Fair, not really, but it is reality. Kind of a stupid champ all about mechanics. If a player gets the mechanics down, they are objectively better than most matchups, even many of her normal counters. But, if you go beefy with cleaver, ninja tabi, and frozen mallet on urgot, plus maybe thornmail and deaths dance as you progress, you should at least be able to go even against a good riven if you're exceedingly careful. I don't know anything about the other matchups though
aatrox and camille are both garbo looking at the patch, so no need to ban them anymore.
I just go 
and wait till lvl 6 tho sometime can 1v1 at lvl 3 or if the junlger has a stun
