lets see. create a environment where every toplane champion gets rawdogged by minions

and in that environment, those champions all collectively see similar winrates

then one champion, hecarim, gets to bypass minion block. and sees artificially higher winrate than all those other champions due to minion block being a thing

Hec was op man... He could tp in and one shot a carry, then do a lot of damage to a lot of other champs.. his q was like 0 mana at all levels. [zombie-brand-clap]

I'll admit I was surprised about the removal of minion avoidance.

Can they do they same to Fizz please? He already takes reduced damage from auto attacks and he has untargetability. Why not let him suffer minion waves?

I hate the minion changes. I think Minion BLocking is like 100% worse than it was before. It was bad before but now it is a nightmare.
