Is Cleanse good on Vlad?

It removes ignite's damage but not the grevious wounds, so no. I always used to run cleanse on mid since 99% of mid laners rely on the over powered 300+ true damage from ignite coupled with some sort of CC that restricts counter play (veigar E). Pick cleanse on squishier champions that have no escape.

Probably depends on matchups. Do they have a lot of suppression and ignites? Then sure! Go for it! Do you need another summoner to be more effective like to stop splitpushing pressure late game? Then not sure if cleanse is better or not! Really depends!
