quicksilver sash new item build for it

Hey this is my first thread here so there is my idea Is there a chance for quicksilver sash to build into something cater to mages like ap or mana regeneration or cdr in moderation aspect not to make it op or mush have something to help them to upgrade it in mid late game some sort am not saying that quicksilver is not good to have but I mean in late game it's stats are not good enough for that time it would be better to build something stronger like the one I forgot the name but gives attack speed but it's kinda useless for most of ap users . Well this is my thoughts and hope I get some feedbacks and thank you
