Suggested Item Builds in Item Sets Tab

My Dearest Riot, I don't know if this is the right place to put this but poking around in the item sets tab I always feel like something is missing. What should be available to us players is the recommended item pages for each champ when dealing with customizing item sets. I think it would be helpful for both new and seasoned players to be able to compare and contrast the items riot recommends for the champions with the sets they build. It could be as simple as just switching out one item on a champion's suggested page for ease of access if someone prefers the recommended set with slight variances, or as complex as building a whole new page based on the core ideals of the recommended items. I just think it would be a really good way for people to be able to interact with build designs and learn more about items on specific champions without the urgency or distraction of being in an actual game. The recommended item sets should also still be available in the shop if a custom item set is created for a specific champion.
I've seen other threads about item tutorials and the like for new players and I think that along with something like that, or perhaps even in place of that, allowing players to view, analyze and modify the champions recommended items to create new item sets would be a great thing for players of all skill levels to learn and perfect the subtle art of itemization in league of legends. It is probably one of the most complicated aspects of the game so any and all assistance you could provide the players would be very helpful. I would appreciate any feedback on this topic.
