ThugWalrus1 votesThis isnt a hard fact, but the skin is already listed under lux's skins in the client (but is not yet available). This usually isn't the case if the skin is going to drop halfway through the patch, so I would say it's probably close-ish (maybe within 24 hours or so).

The Star Guardian skins were released within three days, but on the third day they released the skins at around 8pm I believe. People just have to understand that there's not going to be an immediate sale for this skin, though that would fantastic I just don't see it happening. It's like when the Xbox one was released on Black friday (I think if I'm remembering correctly, then if not then just as an example) Everyone thought that when it would come out that there would be a huge sale, but only a little bit of the price was taken off, not $200 from the original price. The reason being I have no clue, but there's a point behind it I'm sure.

The Dreamwalker1 votesI believe Lux will be coming out in December. Probably the first few days? Or even the 29-30 of the current month. If not, then it will most likely be between the 1 - 16 (mainly because the Udyr and Ezreal were released between the 13-16, and Sona a few days later on the 25 of her month).
Note, these skins were released in different years and months.
Anastaecia1 votesA lot of these new things get released "during" a certain patch, not at launch of the patch. That said, there is word out of Germany (or something) on another thread that tomorrow (Nov 28) is the day.
