Why is Pyke forgiven for so much when he's a cold blooded bad guy?

He is given so much cushion in terms of survivability and reward, it's incredible how there's not a noticeable uproar by now in higher elo. His passive is better than tahm kench as it doesn't regen out of fight, it regens once his invisibility kicks in, this is a problem vs teemo shrooms and dots not being able to secure the kills. His Q has 2 different activations, instant dmg vs calculated pull. If you mess up your hook, you're not punished for it. Yes he is weak in terms of vulnerability during the cast. It would be interesting to tie some lore, he is forced to hold it after channeling for 1 second and if he misses it would go on a longer cooldown as a curse from the Jaul fish for not catching its prey. You could give him a 1 second penalty window if he messes up hook where he can't invis or dash back out to give counterplay. (THESE ARE JUST EXAMPLES, THEY'RE NOT REAL RIOT SHOULD IMPLEMENT THEM RIGHT AWAY) All I'm suggesting is for counterplay Riot. He's too forgiving in this meta where high damage and mobility exists. He's even rewarded for misplaying ult, what do I mean? He can still get the gold and reset even though he doesn't get the kill. I understand riot does this to give pyke more potential, but why the hell is he getting bounty from a kill he never secured? How come I don't get a free ult reset on illaoi if I fail to get any tentacles spawned? It just doesn't make sense! He's waaaay to forgiving. He's like fucking jesus with all that forgiveness Riot. You ult? Now you can dash out! You dash? Now you can ult and make those montage pyke plays! He's a great assasin don't get me wrong, He's just too good at what he does and you just freakin cram him into the support role all stuffed up with anger and now he's coming back for his revenge with double bounty. I think in some high elo games, when the pyke gets fed, he makes the mid laner buy frost fang or somethin haha xD next level!
