New Game Mode Suggestion

I think we need a game mode called "Silent Rift", let me explain why:

My college just instituted a "silent room" for anyone feeling stressed out or suffering from PTSD. I often go there when I get triggered too much and can't handle it anymore. I think this would be the perfect escape for me after games with especially rude people who swear or tell me I'm a bad player.

It should let you pick any champion you want, and no monsters would spawn and you can't cast any abilities. You can just take a stroll through the jungle or chat quietly with other players. You could have infinite gold too so you can buy any item you want without having to stress about building the wrong thing. The game creator should get room admin privileges too so they can kick people who purposely come in to try and "troll" or trigger other players trying to relax. This is a very stressful game and I think it would be good for everyone to join a Silent Rift after every match.
