Interesting question for you all to discuss...

Alright, I hear a lot of discussion about how league is currently too snowbally and how bot lanes first 10 minutes decides the entire game. First to take bot tower and dragon can snowball the whole game and blah blah blah we've all heard it before. And it does seem to be true from what I have seen in my games as a top/jungle main. Baron buffs have been a step in the right direction but I don't know if it's enough. So instead of just complaining about it I wanted to ponder some solutions and I asked myself an interesting question: the reason why bot lanes decide so much is because they have a ton of valuable stuff right by it. They have the weakest tower which is therefore the easiest to take early to get that sweet first tower gold AND Dragon. So why not divide up these advantages to other ends of the map to make more variety in how the jungler plays and how much is decided on bot lanes, so my question is: what if we switched rift herald/baron and the various dragons, so rift herald is near bot and dragon is near top. I want to know what you guys think, I'm not exactly great at this game so for all I know this could be the worst idea ever but if it is I would like to know why from somebody who knows more than I do. And if it does work then maybe we can get this to riots ears. Let me know what you all think about it below.

The only real reason the bot tower is weaker than others is that Riot want to keep the hot 2 on 2 duo lane action.

Beforehand, a very popular strategy was to swap your duo lane with your top lane so that you could both bully the living daylights out of the opposing top laner, and more easily secure that sweet sweet first turret gold.

This wasn't interesting to watch since it was just (reasonably) safely trading resources, so they stepped in with the fortification effect on turrets to make it much more dangerous to do that.

It's probably not something that's as easily resolved as that, since there's a lot of knock-on effects when you start messing with the map. A likely scenario would be folks just shoving in bot hard, rotating their duo lane pretty immediately after the turret falls, to take advantage of the new objectives up top, just to be sure they had the numbers advantage. It'd likely be too risky and slow for their tastes, just trying to do dragon with your solo laners and your jungler.
