i just got perm banned and lost like 1400 euro and a lot of time which is a bit deep so i was just wondering if they by any chance can be adjusted lifted based on the ban reason? i was banned for toxicity but idk ive seen worse but if thats what it requries to get perm banned then im fine with it just need to have it confirmed so i can give up
Generally speaking, all punishments are final and will not be altered or overturned in any way.
There's a very, very slim chance it can happen if you were already on the path to reforming beforehand. In those cases you can file a support ticket and ask a support agent to review the case, and depending on the severity of those logs + the length of time from your last punishment, they might reduce it to a 14 day ban.
TL;DR, if you haven't been on your best behavior for the past 3-ish months, the permanent ban is there to stay.
