Ryze is still awful.
39% winrate with 8.6% playrate.. So what is the problem here? 4 reworks, problem still not solved? What is Riot doing wrong to our Runemage?

You think he's awful because his skills are boring ? Or because you think they should increse his numbers
The shitty thing is that he's still awful to play against if people have any semblance of how to play him. The perma root death combo was a problem before, so now he just does a shit load of damage with a single combo and still obliterates your HP with zero counter play. He's just not as face roll in team fights, but laning against him is still a complete nightmare.
Champions on release either skyrocket in win rate, or nosedive, there's not really any in between. Once people figure him out his winrate is going to skyrocket, and whether that's after unnecessary buffs or just people getting used to him.
aslong as his root and E are targeted, he will always be cancer to play against unless you outrange him.

yea he got weaker without his ult. and in solo q ryze ult doesn't work so well. so ye
